Gió Marconi è lieto di presentare Tristesse, una nuova collezione di moda e un negozio dell'artista berlinese John Bock.
Per Tristesse, Bock ha destrutturato capi di seconda mano in modo inedito e volutamente dissonante, creando 50 outfit "Quasi Me". Ogni abito è stato realizzato tra l’autunno del 2024 e l’inizio del 2025. Oltre alla collezione, sarà esposta la documentazione di una delle sfilate dal vivo dell'artista, tenutasi nel 2009 presso la Haus der Kulturen der Welt di Berlino. Il video mostra creature viventi che sfilano in passerella indossando abiti progettati da Bock.
John Bock è un artista multidisciplinare, la cui pratica combina performance, arte oggettuale, videoarte e altri media.
L’artista sarà presente dal 2 al 5 aprile, dalle 12:00 alle 18:00.

Gió Marconi is pleased to present Tristesse, a new fashion collection and shop by the Berlin-based artist John Bock.
For Tristesse, Bock has fragmented second-hand clothing in a new and ill-fitting way to create 50 "Quasi Me" outfits with emerging bubbles and pegs. All of the outfits were made between the fall of 2024 and early 2025.
In addition to the presentation of his Tristesse collection, the documentation of one of the artist's live fashion shows from the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin in 2009 will also be on display. The video shows living creatures walking the runway in Bock-designed outfits.
